Hello everyone, I'm Brother Can. Today, I'd like to talk to you about the stories between me and used cars.

My connection with used cars dates back to my college days in 2009. Back then, I bought my very first used car — an Alto.After that, between 2010 and 2011, I changed four more cars in succession: a Geely Beauty Leopard, a Huanghai, a Tiguan, and a Touareg.Why did I switch so often? Just two words — I loved them!My passion for cars had already taken deep root in my heart at that time.

In 2014, by chance, I officially stepped into the used car industry. In 2015, I founded Jiacheng Used Cars, the predecessor of Brother Can Talks About Cars. Looking back over the past ten years, only I know the hardships and gains along the way. We started as an unknown "open-air shop" and gradually developed into one of the top 100 car dealers in the country. During this period, it was my passion that supported me to turn this love into a career that I would strive for all my life.

Today, Brother Can Talks About Cars Group is located in Xiangjiang New Area, Changsha, Hunan Province. We have a comprehensive urban exhibition hall of nearly 30,000 square meters and a 3,000-square-meter auto repair center.

We have built a complete closed-loop industrial chain for used cars, covering sales, acquisition, financing, reconditioning, title transfer, after-sales service, maintenance, and used car remanufacturing.

Our "front showroom, back workshop" service system is a leader among peers in the province, designed to provide customers with all-round one-stop professional car-buying services.

Since our founding, we are truly grateful for the trust you have placed in us. I feel deeply honored, and we will always uphold quality and stay true to our original aspiration.

Starting from 2023, we have successively established new energy branch, Mercedes-Benz branch, BMW branch, Volkswagen branch, Toyota branch and domestic vehicle branch.
This marks an important step for us from corporate operation to group-based and platform-based development.Our goal is to offer you more choices and provide more professional and attentive services.

I have always believed that the most valuable asset of an enterprise is its people.Our company now has more than a hundred employees, including several national certified senior appraisers and a professional inspection team.
From procurement to sales, from pre-sales to after-sales service, we have dedicated staff for each position with clear separation of duties.Everyone strives together toward a common goal.We are not just colleagues, but close family.

We have also made strenuous efforts in terms of quality and assurance.
There are currently more than 300 cars of various brands in stock at our exhibition hall.

In August 2023, we became the first dealer in Hunan Province to join the "Xing" Certification of the China Automobile Dealers Association.
Every removed screw and every painted surface is fully documented in the report, ensuring 100% transparency of vehicle conditions.

All our vehicles are also registered with judicial evidence storage,
which is not only a strict requirement for ourselves, but also a commitment to our customers.

In September 2023, we launched fixed-price sales and introduced services including
"3-day return", "7-day exchange" and "refund if overpriced".
We also pioneered a membership system.
Members enjoy lifetime maintenance and lifetime warranty.

All these stem from our confidence in our own products.
We simply want to make buying and selling cars more transparent, worry-free, reassuring and satisfying for everyone.

Besides running a good business, I have always believed in the power of kindness and kept doing public welfare.
Over the years, we have helped many children with leukemia and families suffering from serious illnesses, sponsored numerous poor students, visited disabled children and families many times, supported schools in my hometown, assisted poor families in western Hunan, personally led teams to donate money and supplies to disaster-stricken areas for reconstruction, cared for the elderly living alone, organized "Sunset Red Activities", and visited left-behind elderly in communities during festivals…
I feel it is very meaningful to contribute to society.
